Danielle Peña possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and event management sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Capital Improvements at Calgary TELUS Convention Centre since January 2019, where responsibilities also include Board Secretary and Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. Prior to this role, Danielle held the position of Client Services + Research Coordinator at Meetings & Conventions Calgary, fostering industry relationships and managing RFP communications. A significant part of Danielle's career includes several positions at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, where Danielle advanced from Royal Service Agent to Guest Services Manager, implementing service enhancements and achieving notable guest satisfaction scores. Early experience includes roles at InterContinental Toronto Centre and Longo's, complemented by formal education in Hotel Management from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Centennial College.
