David Tanner

David Tanner is an experienced professional in the field of open-source intelligence (OSINT) with a career spanning over a decade. Currently, David serves as an INDOPACOM OSINT Collector at Calhoun International since August 2021. Prior to this role, David was the OSINT Functional Requirements/Monitoring & Evaluation Manager at Wittenberg Weiner Consulting, LLC, where support was provided to the Defense Intelligence Agency. Earlier experience includes positions as an Analyst Team Lead at IntelliWare Systems, Target Analyst at Semper Fortis Solutions, and Cryptologic Linguist with the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, a specialized degree in Pashto from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, and a focus on Latin American Studies during a Semester at Sea through the University of Virginia.
