Lauren Altemuehle

Lauren Altemuehle is a Health/Accountability Coach at Calibrate. Previously, Lauren worked as an Employee Engagement Lead/Health Coach at HealthWorks-Cincinnati and as a Communications Coordinator at Interactive Health. Lauren also has experience as a Personal Trainer/Owner at Camargo Personal Fitness, a Certified Personal Trainer at Robert Kramer Personal Fitness, and a Case Manager at Queen City/Mitchell Mental Health Services. Lauren holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Cincinnati.
