Charles Hughes

Charles Hughes has a strong background in mining engineering, with their most recent role being Chief Mine Engineer at Calibre Mining Corp (CXB) since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Production Supervisor at GRP from September 2020 to November 2022. Charles also has extensive experience at Freeport-McMoRan, where they held various roles including Senior Engineer, Long Range Planner, Dispatch Engineer, Short Range Planner, Operations Supervisor, Staff Engineer, and Ore Control Engineer, spanning from 2009 to 2020.

Charles Hughes attended Safford High School from 1997 to 2000. Charles then proceeded to enroll at the University of Arizona from 2005 to 2009 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering.
