Matthias Ingwers

Matthias Ingwers serves as Calibre Scientific's President of Operations (Continental Europe). Matt began his work career at KRONES, a leading global player in food & beverage technology, ascending their ranks to become the VP of Operations and Plant Manager. After 20 years, he transitioned to the medical healthcare business with Carefusion and became a key player in the company’s integration into Becton Dickinson. Matt’s merging and integration efforts were driven by internationalization of the business, and they yielded high growth rates under the business' new ownership. Upon leaving Becton, Matt served as an interim manager and consultant for different companies, taking on projects like e-commerce, logistics, LEAN implementation, turn-arounds, and acquisitions before he joined the Calibre Senior Leadership Team. He has an MBE as a dual student at a private academy in Kiel/Germany.
