Bob Cropper has a diverse range of work experience in facility management and assessment. Bob started their career as a Facility Assessment Inspector at Applied Management Engineering, Inc. in 2000, where they conducted structural inspections and prioritized deficiencies for capital outlay.
In 2008, they worked as a Project Manager at Chugach Alaska Corporation for a short period of time.
From 2009 to 2015, Bob served as a Facilities Manager at the U.S. Army's Asymmetric Warfare Group. In this role, they managed and maintained various buildings, training facilities, ranges, and landscaping tasks.
Currently, they are working as an Engineer III at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. since 2016. As a Facility Condition Assessor, Bob conducts assessments for different building types and identifies the need for repair or replacement of equipment and components.
Throughout their career, Bob has gained extensive experience in facility management, assessment, and project management.
Bob Cropper earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician from the Community College of the Air Force from 1981 to 1985. Bob then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at St. Leo College, which they completed from 1981 to 1987.
