Rem Scott Armstrong

Scott Armstrong has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to environmental analysis and management. Scott started their career as an Environmental Compliance Engineer at Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., where they coordinated environmental compliance subcontracts and supervised site assessment projects. Following that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Indiana University, focusing on natural resource management and carbon cycling. Scott then joined NAS Environmental, Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager, where they supervised Brownfield redevelopment sites and authored various plans related to site work. Scott then served as an Environmental Analyst III at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, where they developed and managed a database for site audits. Currently, they are a Senior Analyst at CALIBRE Systems, providing strategic management support to the U.S. Army Base Realignment and Closure Division and the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management.

Scott Armstrong has a strong education background in the field of environmental policy and natural resource management.
