Robert Nelson's work experience begins in 2007 as a Recruiter for the US Army, where they later became a Warehouse Supervisor. In this role, they managed personnel and inventory valued at $12 million. Robert then transitioned to the role of Acquisition Specialist and later served as an Information Technology Manager within the Army. In 2017, they worked as a Corporate Fellow in Capacity Planning at Amazon. Starting in 2018, Robert worked as a Realtor for eXp Realty. Following this, they worked as a Technical Instructor at Marton Technologies, Inc. and CALIBRE Systems, Inc., where they trained personnel and developed curriculum for Army programs. Additionally, in 2020, they became the Chief Visionary Officer at The Escape Adventures, where they built teams, designed escape room games, and coordinated marketing efforts.

Robert Nelson attended Excelsior University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained several certifications. In 2012, they became a Demonstrated Senior Logistician through the SOLE-THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF LOGISTICS, INC. A/K/A SOL. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Logistics Technician certification from the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council. Furthermore, Robert obtained the Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certification from the National Organization for Victim Assistance NOVA in March 2017. Additionally, they acquired three LinkedIn certifications in June 2017, including Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text, Creating Your Personal Brand, and Florent Groberg on Finding Your Purpose after Active Duty.
