Nassir Silwany

Nassir Silwany currently serves as Managing Partner at both Smoke Source and Marketship.dev since June 2023 and as Managing Director of Operations at CaliConnected since April 2018. Previous experience includes a role as Retail Account Representative at Moen Incorporated from June 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities involved overseeing significant retail accounts and fostering relationships to boost sales. Nassir also held the position of Executive Team Lead of Assets Protection at Target from June 2014 to June 2015, managing store operations and loss prevention strategies, and participating in executive recruitment activities. Earlier experience includes working as an Intake Analyst and Quality Assurance professional at Renew Jersey Stronger. Nassir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The College of New Jersey and previously studied Architecture at The Catholic University of America.
