Edda Rettinger

Edda Rettinger has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Edda is currently the Director of Human Resources and a member of the management board at CALIDA AG, where they are responsible for strategic and operational HR functions on a national and international level. Prior to this, they worked at Swisscom for many years, holding various positions including Head of People Attraction for the Digital Business and New Companies division, Head of Active Sourcing and Partner Management, Head of Talent Acquisition and Partner Management, and Lead Talent Acquisition and Partner Management. Edda also served as the Head of Human Resources at Swisscom Blockchain. Before joining Swisscom, Edda Rettinger worked as a Senior Consultant in IT and Telco at Humanis AG and as an Account Manager and Recruiter at IQ Plus AG.

Edda Rettinger has an extensive education history spanning various fields and institutions. In 1996, they began studying Rechtswissenschaften (Law) at the University of Düsseldorf, where they remained until 2004. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree.

In 2004, Edda pursued a course in Marketing-Kommunikation (Marketing Communications) at DAMK and obtained a Diplom Marketing Kommunikationswirtin (Master in Marketing-Communications) in 2005.

In 2010, Edda attended SAP Schweiz where they completed a SAP/ERP Kurs (SAP/ERP Course) and received a certification as a Cert. SAP Solution Architect ERP.

Furthermore, from 2016 to 2018, Edda pursued a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Human Resources Leadership at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich.

Most recently, in 2021, Edda attended Fernfachhochschule Schweiz and received a Certified Advanced Studies in Employment Law and Data Protection.

Additionally, Edda has obtained a certification as a SAP Certified Solution Architect from SAP, although the specific details regarding the institution and timing of the certification are not provided.
