Tom Kermoian has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Tom began their career in 1991 at Wells Fargo, where they worked as a Commercial Loan Officer, Business Banker, and Credit Analyst until 1997. Tom then joined Mid-Peninsula Bank as a Loan Officer, AVP before moving to Comerica Bank as a Credit Officer, Vice President. In 2002, Tom returned to Wells Fargo as a Sr. Relationship Manager, Vice President, managing a portfolio of middle market business clients. Tom also served as the Director of Credit Training, Vice President at Wells Fargo, where they created content and provided instruction for the Financial Analyst Program and Credit Management Training Program. In 2018, Tom joined City National Bank as the Lead Credit Officer, and in 2020, they became the EVP, Senior Credit Administrator at California Bank of Commerce.

Tom Kermoian received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Saint Mary's College of California, completing the program between 2002 and 2004.
