Nereida LeFlore is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at California Boiler since January 2025, Nereida previously held the same title at G&M Oil Company, Inc. from July 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing HR, Payroll, Workers Comp & Safety, Recruiting, and Risk Administration departments. Nereida's prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Wispry and various payroll positions at Microsemi Corporation, MicroVention-Terumo, Advanced Management Company, Canon USA INC, and Weber Logistics.
