Luis Vizcaino

Luis is Chief External Affairs Officer and leads CCSA’s communications and digital strategy teams. He is a seasoned media relations, public affairs and crisis management professional who has worked at the local, state and national level. Luis has managed communications operations for political campaigns and organizations including the Democratic National Committee, California Democratic Party, Antonio Villaraigosa for Mayor, Hillary Clinton for President and Katie Porter for Congress. He also served as Deputy Secretary for Communications and External Affairs at the California Health and Human Services Agency and Communications and Marketing Director at the Human Rights Campaign in Washington DC. Luis is a proud UCLA Bruin, political junkie and has appeared on Spanish language television as a political analyst. He enjoys reading history books and trying new dinner recipes, but has yet to perfect one.
