Cara Newlon

Cara Newlon is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate Deputy Solicitor General at the California Department of Justice since October 2023. Previously, Newlon held the position of Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from August 2022 to August 2023.
