Deborah Wadleigh

Deborah Wadleigh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment and labor law, currently serving as Supervising Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice since September 2014. Previously, Wadleigh worked at Green & Shinee, APC from October 2006 to August 2014 as a Senior Associate, representing law enforcement labor unions in various legal matters, including civil litigation and administrative disciplinary hearings. Wadleigh began her legal career as an Associate Attorney at Divelbiss & Bonzell and gained experience as a Research Assistant at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood, as well as in various capacities at the Legal Aid Society and Public Counsel. Wadleigh holds a Juris Doctorate in Labor & Employment Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.
