Lisa Ehrlich is a Deputy Attorney General in the Civil Rights Enforcement Section of the California Department of Justice, specializing in the enforcement of civil rights laws since September 2014. Prior to this role, Lisa Ehrlich served as an attorney at Keker & Van Nest, where representation included complex commercial and intellectual property litigation from November 2012 to August 2014. Earlier experience includes clerking for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer at the United States District Court Northern District of California and for the Honorable Sidney R. Thomas at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Lisa Ehrlich earned a JD from Stanford Law School in 2009 and a BA in History from Stanford University in 2004.
