Ryan Eason

Ryan Eason is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal environments. Currently serving as a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice since October 2025, Ryan previously worked as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from August 2021 to October 2025, where duties included defending HUD in state and federal lawsuits and executing case strategies. Ryan also held positions such as a Legal Honors Intern at USC Gould School of Law, a Graduate Student Assistant at the Office of Legislative Counsel State of California, a Judicial Intern with the United States District Court (Central District of California), and a Law Clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney. Ryan holds a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication Studies from UCLA.
