Lydia Ko

Lydia Ko is a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice since June 2021, following a decade-long tenure as a Senior Associate at STONE & ASSOCIATES, APC, where complex litigation caseload management and robust advocacy for clients were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes an externship at the US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, where case analysis and recommendations were presented to three-judge panels, and a law clerk role at California Rural Legal Assistance, assisting low-income individuals with various legal issues. Lydia Ko earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and holds a BA in Linguistics and Philosophy from UCLA.
