Michael Patty

Michael Patty is a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice since January 2023, following a tenure as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice from September 2019 to January 2023. Michael's legal experience includes positions such as a Legal Intern in the City Attorney's Office of San Diego and a Certified Law Clerk for the California Department of Justice, where responsibilities involved representing the state in felony post-conviction appeals.
