Rebecca O'Grady

Rebecca O'Grady is a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, since September 2020. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as an Attorney at Sullivan Hill from January 2017 to September 2020 and at Keegan & Baker, LLP from February 2016 to January 2017, focusing on litigation in employment law, business and corporate law, personal injury, construction, and real estate. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Associate at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman from May 2009 to February 2016, where work centered on complex civil litigation, particularly in construction defect, catastrophic injury, and intellectual property. Additionally, Rebecca was a Law Clerk at Shoecraft Burton, LLP from May 2008 to May 2009, assisting in complex civil cases. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
