Rob Meyerhoff

Rob Meyerhoff is a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice since 2021, responsible for representing the Attorney General in constitutional litigation and advising on legal strategies regarding firearms, rent control, and affordable housing laws. Previously, Rob served as Assistant General Counsel/Deputy Director of Voter Protection for the Texas Democratic Party, and as Special Projects Director for Kamala Harris For The People, where leadership involved overseeing campaign operations in South Carolina. Rob's legal experience includes a six-year tenure as a Litigation Associate at Venable LLP, participation in a volunteer program at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, and teaching roles across various educational institutions. Academically, Rob holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, an M.S. in Teaching from Pace University, and a B.A. in History from Columbia University.
