Deputy Attorney General

Robert Swanson currently serves as a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice since September 2018. Prior to this role, Robert practiced as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP, contributing to significant pharmaceutical patent litigation and demonstrating expertise in trial preparation, expert witness handling, and appellate brief writing.
