Sergio Fuentes

Sergio Fuentes is an experienced professional in project management and estimation within the construction and water resources sectors. Currently serving as Scheduling Manager at the California Department of Water Resources since November 2011, Sergio has held various key roles including Chief Scheduler and Chief-Senior Estimator within the organization. Prior to this, Sergio worked as an Associate Estimator at the Department of Energy in the construction sector, as well as Project Engineer at DeLaMare-Fultz Engineering & Surveying and KPFF Consulting Engineers, where responsibilities included preparing engineering plans and managing design projects. Early career experience includes serving as Project Manager at Teichert, where Sergio led general engineering construction projects. Sergio holds a BS in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a BS in Civil Engineering from Cal State Long Beach, along with additional certifications in management and supervisory skills.
