Brett Johnston

Brett Johnston, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of People Operations Projects at Vituity Practice Management, having joined in August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Project Manager and subsequent titles at Redpath Consulting Group from June 2021 to August 2023, where Brett led various large-scale HR projects with extensive stakeholder impact. Previous positions at Vituity Practice Management included impactful project management roles from September 2017 to June 2021, during which Brett directed projects involving significant HR initiatives and governance. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Project Analyst and Talent Acquisition Specialist at MedAmerica, as well as an Assistant Store Manager role at Kohl's Department Stores, and an internship at the Carlson School of Management. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with concentrations in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
