Cortney Goldman is an experienced professional with a robust background in compliance program management and employee development. Since October 2016, Cortney has served as the Manager of Compliance Program & Education at Vituity, where responsibilities include designing and developing training courses utilizing tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate. Prior to this role, Cortney worked at MedAmerica Billing Services, Inc. for over 15 years, progressing from a Medical Billing Specialist to positions such as Employee Development & Quality Assurance Coordinator, where efforts focused on internal leadership program development and departmental communication support. Earlier experience includes working as a Medical Billing Specialist at Big Valley Commercial, Inc., now MedTech Billing Services.
