Charles McDaniel

Charles McDaniel has a diverse and extensive work experience in the petroleum and logistics industry. Charles most recently served as the President of California Fuels & Lubricants starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director at Intrepid Compass from September 2021 to April 2023.

From October 2019 to April 2021, McDaniel held the position of Senior Vice President, Marine at Pilot Thomas Logistics, and from March 2015 to October 2019, they served as the Division President, Marine, Mining and Industrial at the same company.

Before joining Pilot Thomas Logistics, McDaniel was the Division President, Marine Group at Maxum Petroleum, Inc. from July 2008 to February 2015.

Earlier in their career, McDaniel worked at General Petroleum Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Senior Vice President from September 2002 to June 2008, Vice President/General Manager from September 1998 to August 2002, and Senior Marketing Manager from September 1991 to August 1998.

Charles McDaniel has a Master's of International Management degree in International Business and Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Charles also holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Long Beach.
