Elena Fowler

Elena Fowler has extensive experience in both the arts and healthcare sectors. Since February 2008, Elena has served as an Operations Support Processor II at CHMB - California Healthcare Medical Billing. Concurrently, Elena has worked as a freelance illustrator from 2005 onward, showcasing artistic skills through a personal website. Additionally, Elena has been a professional dancer specializing in belly dance since 2004. Previous roles include Spotlight Operator at The Embers Avenue and Gallery Assistant at Portland Center Stage at The Armory. In the academic domain, Elena contributed as a Teacher's Aide at Palomar College. Elena holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Book Arts/Printmaking from Oregon College of Art and Craft and multiple associate degrees from Palomar College in various fields, including Fashion Merchandising and World Language.
