Aaron Jonker is an experienced professional in customer engagement and IT operations, currently serving as the Customer Engagement Manager at the California Institute of the Arts since September 2012. In this role, Aaron oversees the Customer Care team, focusing on IT operations and customer satisfaction across the main campus and REDCAT, while also managing core systems and services for the CalArts community.
