Leigh Rens

Leigh Rens is an Adjunct Professor at the California Institute of the Arts and serves as a consultant for animation and 3D visualization at ZeroEleven Animation. With a diverse background in animation, Rens has contributed to various projects, including work at CBS VFX on "Walker Texas Ranger," CoSA VFX on "Resident Alien," and Paramount Animation on "Tigers Apprentice" and "SpongeBob: Sponge on the Run." Previous roles include Animation and Layout Artist positions at multiple studios, including Zoic Studios, Triggerfish Animation Studios, and Proof, with extensive mentorship experience at Animation Mentor. Rens holds a BA in Fine Art from the University of Johannesburg.
