Marc Fields

Marc Fields serves as Senior Vice President, Racial & Social Equity and Culture. Based in San Diego, CA, Marc leads CLS’s diversity, equity & inclusion, and human resources strategies including member and industry engagement, partnership and program investment, and employer of choice practices to ensure CLS and its members create inclusive and equitable environments for the employees, customers, and communities they serve. Marc joins us from Vail Resorts, where he served as Vice President, Diversity & Equity and Inclusion and Human Resources. Marc’s 20 years in Human Resources include roles with Raytheon, Thermo Fisher, Honeywell, and Amgen. Marc is a graduate of Morehouse College and has an MBA, Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
