Leigh Fine

Leigh Fine has a diverse background in academic leadership and student development. Starting as a Hall Director at the University of Delaware in 2005, they progressed to roles such as Assistant Professor at Kansas State University, where they excelled in teaching and research. They then held positions at Columbus State Community College, Kenyon College, and The Ohio State University before taking on roles at the University of Connecticut and Loyola Marymount University. Most recently, at California Lutheran University, they served as the Learning and Development Manager and Senior Director of Student Success, focusing on staff development and student success initiatives.

Leigh Fine completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Science from Kansas State University in 2005. Leigh pursued a Master of Arts in Counseling in Higher Education at the University of Delaware from 2005 to 2007, followed by a Master of Arts in Sociology at The Ohio State University in 2007-2008. Leigh achieved a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology from The Ohio State University in 2012.
