Tonja Lipp

Tonja Lipp is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in business development and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at California Natural Color since August 2023, Tonja's prior roles include Global Marketing Management and various leadership positions in business development at GELITA from January 2012 to July 2023. Tonja has also held substantial roles at Beneo, including Area Sales Manager for the D-A-CH region, and has managed business units at Beneo-Palatinit, Inc. and Palatinit, Inc. Tonja began a career at Palatinit GmbH as an Area Sales Manager. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in International Business Management and Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Nürtingen, and a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Hohenheim.
