Michelle Rivas

Michelle Rivas is currently the VP of the Center for Advocacy at California Pharmacists. Prior to this, they worked at ProCall.com from October 2014 to October 2015, where they were promoted to the Firethorn Department, also known as Health Advisors USA, as the Pharmacy Medical Supervisor/Project Data Management & Sales Assoc/Affiliate & Business Development Manager. In this role, Michelle was in charge of all medical department finances and accounting, and provided reports to management every two weeks to distribute wires and keep track of all payments. Michelle also monitored the CRM, completed daily manual updates from pharmacies to affiliates in real time, and worked closely with IT to develop the CRM system. Additionally, Michelle handled all support ticket inquiries within a 24 hour period and responded to escalations from the customer service department via phone, email and fax, as well as Skype Chatroom. Finally, they analyzed, investigated and identified pharmacy trends (refills, plan paid, INV INS, high co-pay, etc).

Michelle Rivas has a Medical Office Management/Administration degree from Broward College and a High School Certificate of Competence Program from Goliath Academy.

Michelle Rivas reports to Susan Bonilla, CEO & Secretary. Michelle Rivas works with Janis Green - Executive Assistant, Shawna Fitzgerald - CFO, and Juliana Bokisch - Marketing & Communications Manager.
