Lucas Chambers

Lucas Chambers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of the Integrated Operations Control Center at California Resources Corporation since September 2024, Lucas previously held multiple roles at Aera Energy LLC over a twenty-year tenure, culminating as the Manager of Operations for the IOCC. Lucas demonstrated leadership as an Incident Commander for the COVID IMT and specialized in optimizing energy management and combustion processes. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for facilities and surface equipment, Lucas successfully led six innovative projects while concurrently managing other significant positions. Education was completed at Taft College from 2002 to 2004.
