Deborah L. Keys Write

Deborah L. Keys Write is the founder and an Executive Board Governance and Educational Equity Consultant at The Write Keys 2 Consulting, LLC, providing expertise in school board governance and education equity training since April 2018. In parallel, Deborah serves as an Education Equity Network Consultant for the California School Boards Association, focusing on advocacy and resources for public education. Additionally, Deborah works as an Equity Transformation Consultant with the Pacific Educational Group, engaging in conversations centered on racial equity in education. Previous roles include partnership at Perkins Consulting Group, LLC, directorship of the Council of Urban Boards of Education for the National School Boards Association, and leadership within the Michigan Association of School Boards. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Development, along with endorsements in Hospitality Management Services from Spring Arbor University.
