Coleen Maldonado

Coleen Maldonado, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Educational Partnerships at California State University, Long Beach since January 2024. Previously, Coleen was the K-14 Career Pathways Coordinator at El Camino College, where the role involved coordinating dual enrollment programs for nearly 1,902 students and developing numerous career pathways in collaboration with K-12 districts and industry partners. Coleen has also held senior consulting positions at Jobs for the Future, where contribution included curriculum design for STEM education and authoring strategic coaching resources. With a robust background in education administration, Coleen's experience spans roles at various educational institutions, including Fullerton College, Long Beach City College, and multiple positions at California State University, Long Beach, focusing on student outreach, program development, and K-16 educational partnerships. Coleen's academic achievements include a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne and multiple degrees from California State University, Long Beach.
