Tom Kaiser

Tom Kaiser is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in managing HR functions across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the California Teachers Association since June 2007, Tom oversees HR operations for an organization that supports over 300,000 educators throughout California. Prior to this role, Tom held positions including Corporate HR Director at Central Garden & Pet, where oversight extended to multiple manufacturing and distribution sites, and Director of HR for AutoNation's NW Division and Florida Region, managing thousands of employees in significant sales divisions. Tom also served as Division VP of HR for Smart & Final's foodservice division. Educational credentials include a BS and MBA in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Stanislaus.
