Cassidy Harding

Cassidy Harding is a Water Resource Sustainability Analyst at California Water Service, a position held since April 2021. Previously, Cassidy served as a Technical Research Assistant at The Environmental Finance Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from January 2020 to May 2021 and as a Market Access Data Analyst at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals from July 2020 to December 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Server at The Franklin Hotel from October 2018 to April 2020, an Environmental Policy Intern at the North Carolina Policy Collaboratory from August 2019 to December 2019, and a Resilient Landscapes Intern at the Environmental Defense Fund from May 2019 to August 2019. Cassidy began a career as a Lifeguard at the YMCA of Greensboro from March 2016 to May 2019. Cassidy holds a Master of Information Science in Environmental Informatics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the same institution, completed in 2019.
