Elissa Ouyang

Elissa Ouyang is the Chief Procurement & Lead CI Officer at California Water Service. Elissa has over 20 years of experience in the field of supply chain management and has been with California Water Service for 15 years. Prior to their current position, they served as the Acting Director of Procurement and was responsible for developing the company's supply chain strategy. Elissa also led the company's first strategic sourcing initiative which focused on high spending in construction services and materials. In addition, they oversaw the company's supplier diversity program and fleet and facility management.

Elissa Ouyang has an Executive Education from Women's Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, MS in Accounting from University of Illinois Chicago, BFA in Art Elissa'story and Interior Architecture from School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and Certification from Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional. Elissa also has a Certification from The Board of Examiners of University of Illinois in Certified Public Accountant and Certification from Sourcing Industry Group (SIG) in Advisory Board.
