Justin Skarb

Justin Skarb has a diverse work experience. Justin started their career at 7-Eleven as a Business Consultant from 2004 to 2009. In 2009, they joined California Water Service Group PAC as an Executive Director, a position they held until at least 2017. During this time, they also became the Executive Director of Cal Water State & Local PAC in 2017. In the same year, they joined California Water Service as a Government & Community Relations Manager. Justin later took on the role of Director of Community Affairs & Government Relations, where they led the development of a government relations and public affairs team. Most recently, Justin Skarb became the Vice President of Government & Community Affairs at California Water Service, beginning in January 2023.

Justin Skarb has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Arizona State University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
