Randy Rowden

Randy Rowden, PE has had a long and varied career in the engineering field. Randy worked at Nolte Associates as an Associate Engineer from June 1999 to March 2009. Randy then moved on to the California Water Service Company, where Randy has held several positions, including Senior Engineer, Engineer, and Project Engineer. Currently, Randy serves as the Main Replacement Program Manager and Interim Manager Capital Delivery Central at the California Water Service Company, starting in July 2015.
