Charles Friedman

Charles Friedman serves as Associate General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at Calix since January 2022, focusing on legal support for cloud and software platforms that help service providers innovate. Prior to this, Friedman held roles at Concord Servicing Corporation, including Vice President & Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel, overseeing contract negotiation, risk management, and compliance from August 2015 to January 2022. Experience also includes positions at Honeywell Aerospace, where significant contributions were made in contract negotiations and compliance across various international markets from May 2010 to July 2015. Charles Friedman began legal career as a Law Clerk at the Howard County Circuit Court and has held various internships and research positions during law school. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
