Kate Fratti

Kate Fratti is an experienced journalist with a robust career spanning several decades. Currently, Kate serves as a columnist for Calkins Media Inc., writing four columns weekly for publications including the Bucks County Courier Times, Doylestown Intelligencer, and Burlington County Times since May 2003. From May 1998 to September 2003, Kate held the position of local editor at Calkins Media, managing a team of reporters and planning daily news coverage. Prior to that, Kate was an editor for the Intercounty Newspaper Group from March 1988 to May 1998, overseeing the production of The Bristol Pilot and managing the freelance budget for reporters and photographers. Kate graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations.
