Josh White has over 20 years of experience in customer service and business management. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Customer Service Hero & Business Hero Solutions, where they are responsible for providing clever solutions to customer service problems. Josh also works to reduce chargebacks and improve customer feedback.

Prior to this, they were the President of JDUBB Services LLC from 2016-2020, a call center consulting company that specializes in helping businesses improve their operational performance and provide a superior customer experience.

From 2018-2019, they were the Vice President of Sales for CALL A RIDE. From 2016-2018, they were the General Manager of Customer Service Solutions, LLC, where they were originally hired as a consultant to train reps and correct various issues.

From 2015-2016, they were the Director of Customer Service for Viralstyle, where they provided the framework for an effective customer service department. From 2014-2015, they were the Director of Operations for RT Management.

From 2009-2014, they were the Chief Operating Officer of MD247.COM, where they initiated the first Telemedicine Company that sold direct-to-consumer.

From 2004-2009, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Gulf Bay Magazines / IMC / Omnipresent / CCS, where they hired, trained and managed all personnel positions.

Finally, from 2003-2004, they were the Assistant Sales Manager for AIG Pinnacle Nissan and Infiniti, where they trained and led a team of 6 sales reps.

From 1996-2003, they were the Sales Manager for SWI / USA Magazine Exchange, where they were successively promoted to positions of increased responsibility based on consistently exceeding goals and expectations.

Josh White attended Arizona State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
