Richard Baker

Richard Baker has been with Call Assist Ltd since October 2000, currently serving as the Human Resources Director. Richard also has experience as an Office Manager and Claims Handler within the company. Prior to this, Richard worked at B A Micrographics from July 1997 to October 2000 in the role of Micro-filming. Richard obtained a MSC Management Standards Centre, Degree in EDI Level 3 Certificate in Management. Richard attended The Colne Community College from 1996-1997 and The Colne Community School from 1991-1996.
