Baran Erencan AĞCA has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and accounting industry. In 2021, they began working as a Financial Controller Manager at both AloTech and Call Center Studio. Baran Erencan also began working as a Financial Control and Reporting Specialist at İnnova Bilişim, where they were responsible for preparing monthly IFRS financial statements, footnotes and reports, controlling and analyzing financial statements, and reconciliation with group companies on IFRS financials. In 2019, they began working at ENERGO-PRO as a Financial Controller and Finance & Accounting Specialist, where they were responsible for controlling all accounting operations, controlling month-end and year-end closings, and preparing yearly Business Plans. Additionally, they were responsible for performing all accounting operations including invoicing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition, preparing and submitting weekly/monthly payment lists to Chief Finance and Accounting, and supporting month-end and year-end closings. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at EY in a variety of roles, including Tax Senior, Experienced Tax Assistant, Tax Assistant, and Tax Intern. In these roles, they were responsible for auditing and reporting full certification services described in Turkish Tax Regulations, performing tax audits for private companies operating in various sectors such as energy, construction and manufacturing, providing consultancy services related to tax optimization, assisting the tax audits and consultancies, and preparing reports within the scope of full certification service disclosed in Turkish Tax Regulations.

Baran Erencan AĞCA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University between 2011 and 2016.
