Dan Roberts

Dan is responsible for the Accounting and Finance operations of USSI Global, started his career in public accounting at one of the Big 4 CPA firms, serving mostly large technology companies. After public accounting, he held senior-level financial positions at companies in the manufacturing, aerospace and defense, professional services, and SAAS industries. Dan has extensive experience in accounting, audit, tax, and treasury functions including experience dealing with venture and private equity investors, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and turnarounds and restructurings. He is a Certified Public Accountant and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and MBA from the University of Central Florida.
