Michelle Hayasaka began their work experience in 1993 as a Combat Medic in the US Army, where they served until 1997. Michelle then worked as a Medical Assistant at Cape Canaveral Hospital from September 1997 to February 1998. In January 1998, Michelle joined Call One, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, eventually being promoted to Director of Human Resources in November 2018.
Michelle Hayasaka completed their education at several institutions throughout their life. Michelle attended Merritt Island High School, where they obtained a general education in 1993. Later on, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management at Keiser College from 2008-2010. Michelle then focused on Human Resource Management at the University of Central Florida from 2013-2015. Following this, they furthered their studies in the same field at SHRM in 2014-2015.
