Michael Burchett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile practices and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Practitioner at Callibrity, Michael has effectively engaged in speaking engagements and acted as an Agile Coach for a major financial institution. Prior roles include Agile Practitioner, Scrum Master, and Product Owner for a Fortune 20 retail company, where Michael established a new team utilizing the SAFe framework. At LeanCor Supply Chain Group, Michael led Agile transformation initiatives that significantly improved delivery times and quality. Additional experience includes founding and leading a business project, coordinating projects at Lexmark, managing marketing teams, and overseeing logistics projects at Papa John's. Michael holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University.
