Warren Brooks

Warren Brooks, PhD has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Warren is currently serving as the VP Medical Affairs at Calliditas Therapeutics since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of US Medical Affairs at the same company from March 2021 to May 2022. Before joining Calliditas Therapeutics, Dr. Brooks held various roles at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. including Senior Director of Medical Affairs, Allergy and Immunology from October 2018 to March 2021, Director of Field Medical Affairs Allergy and Immunology from April 2015 to October 2018, and Medical Director - Immunology and Inflammation from January 2013 to April 2015. Warren also worked as an Associate Director of Medical Affairs at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals from June 2008 to December 2012. Prior to their time at Regeneron, Dr. Brooks worked at Centocor as a Senior Clinical Scientist from November 2004 to June 2008 and at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals as a Medical Information Scientist from June 2003 to November 2004.

Warren Brooks, PhD, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Gordon College between 1989 and 1992. Warren then pursued further education at the University of Connecticut from 1994 to 2002, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell Biology/Immunology. Before attending Gordon College, Warren had a period of study at Baylor University from 1986 to 1988, but the specific degree and field of study are not provided.
